Why connect with nature?

One of the things that we are most passionate about at Ambroise Farm Forest School is celebrating and strengthening the human connection with the rest of the natural world.

We strongly believe that time in nature and a feeling of connectedness with the natural world are of benefit to the soul and to general wellbeing. This view is supported by a wealth of evidence and research (the linked research paper being just one example).

We provide opportunities for children and adults to spend meaningful time in a beautiful, natural space. And we strive to share knowledge and teach skills that make people feel more at home in nature.
