During periods of high demand, we close our referrals to manage our waiting list.
If you view 'Form over quota' when attempting a referral, please wait until after the 1st of the following month to complete your referral. Thank you for your patience.
Please complete the referral form and we will be in touch to discuss your requirement and book an initial consultation.
Please read our policies, terms and conditions before signing the referral consent form.
Booking an OT assessment has approximately a 10-12 week waiting time.
Availability for individual OT sessions vary depending on the child's needs, although a block can usually be booked the following term after the initial consultation.
